Hey Cookie Cookie LLC is a licensed and insured home-based bakery located in Dawsonville, GA. Founded in 2021, we are now a full-time operation to support our family, currently offering luxury decorated cookies and cookie cakes. We also often do flash sales and Holiday themed cookies. So be on the lookout!

HCC prides ourselves on excellent customer service, including a stream-lined website experience and easy transaction process so you can get back to planning your event and back to your day where you are needed most. As much notice as possible. I typically am booked a month or so out. For events around the holidays, I would try to have your order in at least two months in advance.

No, we have been servicing North Atlanta for years, and seeing your cookies for the first time in person is such a fun and special experience - for us and you! We do our best to match exact colors and designs, but we are not machines. We are perfectionists, but still human.

There is a certain element of creative freedom that is assumed when placing your order.

How It Works: Typically, customers share a copy of the invite/cake image/banner and tell us 2-3 elements they’d really like incorporated, and we take it from there. Inspiration photos are welcome to understand your style and aesthetic. We do not copy other artists and we do not do characters due to copyright.

To secure a spot on my calendar, full payment (via invoice) due when placing your order.

We have no hidden fees, the price you see I the price you pay.

Georgia cottage food sales are subject to local city or county sales tax.

I make vanilla bean sugar cookies with royal icing, as well as chocolate chip cookie cakes with vanilla bean buttercream frosting. All made from scratch, using high ingredients you can pronounce!

NO. Cookies are made in a home kitchen that may also process food allergens such as peanuts, soy, eggs, wheat, dairy, gluten, and nuts. Our cookies contain almond extract. Available without almond extract upon request.

All cookies come individually wrapped and heat sealed for freshness. They will last up to two weeks heat sealed. This is part of our service, and not an additional charge.

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, listening to the clients needs and wants and assisting in creating their vision, while being transparent about the outcome. Plus, we make an easy to use website and order form, and then payment is received via a sent invoice.

We use high quality ingredients (no bleached flour or imitation vanilla here!) and work hard to deliver on both looks and taste.

Our cookies are soft and thick, with a punch of vanilla bean for a sweet, but not too sweet sugar cookie with the perfect royal icing to cookie ratio.

Each cookie is handled with care, and we offer consistent, clear communication to our clients so they know the cookies are handled and can get back to planning the rest!

Local delivery is available for a fee. Pickup is free to several locations in North Atlanta. We offer delivery for an additional fee, pending location and availability.

Shipping is available for an additional cost, please keep in mind we cannot guarantee breakage.

Ordering:

After an order is submitted I will respond within 24 hours. Once an ordered is agreed upon, an invoice will be sent to pay in full. Orders are not added to my calendar unless full payment has been made. You have 24 hours to pay the invoice. Once payment has been received, no refunds will be provided.

Rush Orders:

A 25% rush order fee will be charged if the order is taken and due in less than 10 days from the pickup date.

Picking up your order:

Order pickup is available in a few locations. Orders are available for pickup typically on Friday or Saturday mornings. A location and time will be agreed upon for pickup before confirming your order.
